Terms of Service

Using Family Hub
Family Hub is a shared household organizer — a calendar, lists, meal planner, and admin dashboard for your family. By creating an account, you agree to use it for your own household's organization and not to misuse it: no attempting to access another household's data, no using the service to violate the law, and no attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Your account and household
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for anyone you invite into your household. Up to 8 profiles are supported per household on the free plan. Anyone you add as a household admin can manage members, integrations, and settings for the whole household — invite people you trust.
Connected accounts
If you connect a Google Calendar or Google Drive account, you are responsible for the content of what you sync or share through that connection. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from Integrations in the admin section — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what each connection accesses and how it is protected.
Service availability
Family Hub is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind. We aim for the service to be reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and are not liable for data loss, missed reminders, or scheduling conflicts arising from service downtime or a third-party integration (such as Google Calendar) being unavailable.
Termination
You may stop using Family Hub and request deletion of your account and household data at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including attempts to access another household's data without authorization.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Family Hub changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
